Fitted with parquet flooring, the non-smoking apartments feature a flat-screen TV, a telephone and an en suite bathroom with hot and cold shower facilities and toiletries.

Hello! Yes we accept short term rentals.

Is there a kitchenette in the room?

Hi! We do not have a kitchenette in the rooms. We do however provide a mini-ref in and microwave oven in some of the rooms and an electrical kettle. Please check with us on availability prior to booking.

What are the requirements to check-in and stay at your property?

You may present your vaccination cards, Barangay Health Certificate or medical certificate, plus a valid government ID.

Hi, is your hotel guest friendly? Is there a joiner fee for guests?

Good morning. our room is maximum for 3 pax only, we have a extra bed for exceeding guest its cost 800 pesos. many i know how many guest will exceed?

Is there a curfew for the property?

Main door kept locked for security purposes. Staff will assist every time, but on duty for limited hours - btwn hours of 10pm to 6am, movement should be limited. You can ask help with staff in case you need to be out during this time.

May I clarify the schedule for Housekeeping please? Is it inclusive of the rate regardless of number of nights?

Cleaning service is provided once a week for the first week of stay. For guests staying longer, cleaning fees will be charged and can be paid upon arrival.

Very Good
Very close to all the Makati night life. Very good price. Staff are very nice. The beds are huge.
Little bit noisy out side. Quite a lot of tramps and beggars out side.
